Use a mixture of Splenda and granulated sugar to bring it to a sweeter taste if you desire.

*1 tsp of matcha is as beneficial as up to 6 tsp of brewed green tea leaves because you actually eat matcha powder instead of tossing it away after brewing.
*Get yourself a decent matcha powder. Check your local Asian supermarkets. Find a container sealed with a vacuum/nitrogen lock.
*Make sure it is grown in Uji for best quality.

1 c Ketchup
1/2 t Splenda
1 t Salt
1 t Black Pepper
4 t Lemon Juice 4 tsp
1/8 t Tabasco Sauce
1 t Worcestershire Sauce
4 Garlic Cloves
Mix together the ketchup, Splenda, salt, pepper, lemon juice, Worcestershire and Tabasco Sauce to the bowl. Finely chop the garlic and add it to the bowl. Mix well and chill before serving. (cont...)
