In my house, we call this "DH's Incredible Drinkable Dressing." I love it that much. Creamy like Ranch with about 1000 more taste bud parties.
Only 75 calories per 2 tbsp serving! This is rich and creamy and fantabulous!
I remember Mom & my Grandma's making this attractive recipe. Probably a Purdue Extension Club recipe. I omitted the salt. I wasn't allowed to help make it until I was old enough to use a knife - probably when I was in college. Some prefer to add vinegar or an Italian salad dressing. We just ate as is. Good for carry-in picnics, etc. If you have access to tomatoes of a variety of colors, it is pretty.
there's no need to dress up this dish for a pretty presentation- the pale green of the avocado halves along with the deep pink of grapefruit segments make this a feast for your eyes without any extra trimmings.
This is like Tabouli, with extra-nutritious add-ins like edamame, dried cranberries, and almonds. Lots of superfoods here!

Awesome, colorful and easy! Perfect side dish for almost any meal. Tip - add the chow mein noodles right before serving and don't plan to have any leftovers since the noodles aren't the best if they get soggy...
This was on the back of the Mann's Broccoli Cole Slaw package. It called for a low-fat sesame ginger dressing...I used the Orange cranberry vinagrette I had in the pantry. The dressing is NOT included in the Nutritional Infomation as I may change the dressing next time... I thought about adding raisins or craisins, but decided I'd leave that up to my family...
According to nutritional info, this is 3 WW Points (without the dressing - be sure to calculate for that).
This is a neat recipe I found on Allrecipe.com. Once again in my quest for low sodium foods I was amazed to see the quantity of Na+ found in the sauces(BBQ, salad, ketchup, etc.)this one isn't too bad because you can tweak the recipe.
This delicious vegetarian salad will satisfy the tastebuds and bellies of both veggies and omnis alike! Perfect on a hot summer day yet hearty even in winter, this salad is topped with cucumber raita, this version of which is fat free yet tangy and smooth.

If you don't like vinegar, you won't like this. When we make Italian dressing from the Good Seasons packets, we reverse the oil and vinegar amounts. Simple, right? You could probably cook with this too. If you like vinegar.
