i switched the original recipe's feta for goat cheese, but either one tastes great! enjoy!

I just needed to find out the calorie total for a salad like this. I love to cut up my fruit and make a salad to have with plain yogurt.
A work in progress, but a mishmash of fresh veggies, chickpeas, jalapenos and herbs that stretches one can of tuna a long way. A favorite served with a bit of spicy horseradish mustard!

I haven't made this yet but plan to. I want to play around with the ingredients to try and lower the calories and fat content. But otherwise, thought it sounded so yummy!!

Soooo good. The nutritional info isnt exact, I just added the ingredients I used, but not the right amounts. I didnt use the whole chilli, probably just about 0.25 cups. It was superr good though! :)
This is the tuna salad mom used to make every summer. It is sooooo good and so filling. Always a family favorite.
