Sugar Free Recipes (Most Popular)
A veganized, whole grain and naturally sugar-free version of one of my favourite desserts.
I know the ingredients sound weird--but this dessert/snack is out of this world. It satisfies my cravings for something sweet and rich, but it's low fat, high protein, sugar free, and filling. I'm used to having one of those pudding cups and still feeling hungry, but after even a small serving of this pudding I'm satisfied--I don't want to eat anything else.
Ground beef, rice, veggies, tom sauce, shrooms & cheese, made from scratch
This is a different version of my easy skillet chicken, with a bit more flavor and nutrients.
At less than 10 calories per cup, I don't think you need to worry about calorie count!
