I switched out the meat and made our favorite chili vegan. I'm estimating that it makes about 12 cups based on the ingredients. I've never actually measured :-)

This is a homemade loaf with sprouted whole grain spelt flour and 1/2 cup of sprouted lentils with a rye starter and KA organic bread flour.
This is an easy to prepare treat, which is a spin-off of carole's Chocolate Delight. Simply melt, stir and pour into muffin cups which rest upon a tray. Place tray in refrigerator and keep chilled. Enjoy a mock "candy" treat.

Creamy, spicy oatmeal served with fruit and nuts or seeds.
This is a my vegan version of this Italian cake. It is very light with a very bright orange citrus taste. Instead of filling it with whipped cream, it's great topped with berries.
A quick and satisfying under 300 calorie meal. The vegan sour cream can easily be left out. The satay sauce could be replaced with peanut butter and a few spices in a pinch, but this will increase the calories.
Banana replaces the butter and some of the sugar in this classic recipe.
