The best way to start your day with a filling detox drink and clean energy. You need to add about 2 cups of liquid. I use mint green tea as it adds a nice flavour to the smoothie. But you can use water or coconut water if you prefer. Also, I add 1 avocado for good fat, but not everyone likes the texture of avocado in a smoothie so I did not include this in the basic recipe. This makes about 7 servings of about 300ml each. I make a batch at the beginning of the week for my husband and it lasts about 3 days. Enjoy!
These are very good, oil free, salt free. They are Whole Food Plant Based compliant. Work well for wraps, tacos, burritos, etc.
