This spicy stir-fry meets my healthy dietary restrictions but manages to satisfy my spice-loving husband's need for firey foods, haha.
This recipe could easily be altered for special dietary needs.
Use chicken or beef - peanut or seseme oil- Make it your way.
I made this today and it turned out pretty good. The only t hing I would reccomend is taking into consideration the amount of salt and pepper you add to taste. You can use low sodium items, I just happened to use what I had on hand.
This is a tasty recipe that my husband & kids (5 & 2) LOVE. It is super easy and very good - in the summer I put the chicken strips on skewers and grill them. If you grill them on skewers they make great finger food for dinner parties.

This is simple to make and much healthier than the local Chinese restaurant. You can add any veggies you like, this is what my family will eat. I make extra veggies on the side to add to mine (snow peas, water chestnuts, carrots...)
