This is my staple lunch when I'm busy. I leave a bit pot in the fridge, but sometimes it disappears into the teenagers. I have never tried freezing it but it keeps well in the fridge for three days.
Tastes similar to Banh Mi chicken sandwich, without the bread. Great on rice crackers if you are gluten free. Or eat in a lettuce roll if you are low carb. Also great on the side of a lettuce salad with sesame asian dressing.
This is a slight variation from a recipe from allrecipes.com...I added some zucchini. I also changed some of the seasoning sauces that change the sodium content. This recipe is not for those watching sodium. I also add crushed red pepper flakes and chile sauce for some kick!
yummy. can be served with or without rice, which is not included in the nutritional information
So yummy!!! I got this recipe from my friend Amy (a fellow Sparker!) and needed to input it for the stats... definitely a KEEPER!
Very delicious, slightly sweet and spicy dressing to add to salad or coleslaw. I personally have never liked coleslaw so this was an amazing find. You can also use it as a dip with veggies. Keep in mind that this recipe does not use sugar substitute and I used the Smart Balance mayonnaise.
Inspired by the spicy scallop recipes and scallop stir-fry recipes. This is really spicy. Other meats can easily be substituted.
I love sushi but I always gain weight if I eat more than the smallest amount of carbs. So I've turned to making the sushi without the sushi.
