This homemade hot and sour soup wont disappoint you. Making the stock fresh adds to the texture and enjoyment, but canned broth will do. Keep some hot chili oil and lemon on hand to adjust heat and sourness.
A made from scratch teriyaki sauce that is great for stir-fry, grilling, crock pot cooking and anything else you may want to use it for. Garlic and ginger powder may be substituted for fresh but fresh garlic and ginger give this sauce a better flavor. You may also want to experiment with adding pineapple or orange juice.
after eating some ok chinese takeout, i decided to make my own version of chicken chow mein. This recipe is loaded with flavor and includes everything EXCEPT the noodles. please add your own rice or noodles to your liking.
This is great by itself or with Brown rice or noodles. Awesome for leftovers since the flavors really come together while resting in the fridge!!
So delicous...with Mint too. Top with chopped peanuts for fun final touch.

Asian cuisine that will leave you satisfied without making you feel guilty, yum! This recipe can easily be cut in half but I like recipes that you can cook once and eat twice. Boneless, skinless chicken breast makes a tasty, lower calorie substitute for the pork.
My kids love this! Great served over brown rice. You can also double the sauce and add a bunch of broccoli as well.
From the blog Alosha's Kitchen, where she adapter her recipe from Epicurious. I use a lot more chilis than she does, and I can never find the asian ones. You can substitute serrano or jalepeno or red jalepeno or even habenero.
I also break the serving size to one cup so you can find it easier to choose your portion size.
Recipe from the Eat Clean Diet Cookbook. This was a vegetarian recipe, but I just tossed in some chicken to bulk it up a little bit.
