This is an east, but tasty, recipe I adapted from a recipe from the Taste of Thai website. If you're looking for something easy to prepare that will give you a little spice & taste great, this is your recipe. My family loves this. I usually serve with Jasmine or white rice.

A Traditional Filipino Stew made with beef. Notes: -The cheese can be removed or substituted for any melting cheese. Removing the cheese will cause the stew to be thinner as it is a thickening agent. -The Beef may be substituted for goats meat that has been marinated in vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper for at least 15 min.
