This really good when you want to make something quick & in the mood for Chinese food. You can use broccoli or any other stir fry vegetable also.

I have been making this soup for a couple of years now and it's one of mine and my husbands favorites!
It is a little high in the sodium department, but that is from the miso--I have yet to come accross a low sodium miso.
Just like the restaurant version! Serve with rice and veggies for a wonderful meal.
Extremely low calorie and fat. Basic stir-fry. For additional flavor I like to add a bit of taco seasoning, ginger, and McCormick's Hot Shot.

A recipe that I found here on this site, but I wanted to get a total weight of the recipe to find out the weight of a serving size.
Although there is oil in this recipe, if you have your oil nice and hot most of the oil is still in the pan after browning.
