This cake recipe is a family favorite and has been used for generations for many special occasions. Cake is very moist and flavorful. If you don't have sour milk, can add 1 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice to milk to curdle it. You also need to add boiling water at the end.
Mom has made this cake for her six kids for their birthdays for nearly 70 years. It is a special treat. I figured calories on 16th of cake but it is so rich you will eat less.

These should really have pure pumpkin in them, but I couldn't find any so I substituted canned yams in a sweet syrup.
We are allergic to Wheat Flour, so here is a recipe using Quinoa Flour, or Brown Rice Flour can be used 1/2 and 1/2
