My husband makes these on Friday mornings. He got the recipe from Kingarthurflour.com. We use olive oil and that is what the nutritional analysis reflects. I do NOT care for waffles but I could live on these quite happily.
Whole wheat flour, egg whites and applesauce make these yummy pancakes a healthy alternative!
I had a similar recipe that I was using, but I found the calorie/fat content was too high, so I tweaked it a bit and came up with this yummy granola I eat almost every morning. The best part is you can tweak the recipe based on your preferences by adding different kinds of nuts or even dried fruit.
Quick oatmeal with super high fiber and high protein. Gives plain oatmeal a bit of a kick. EASY!

This breakfast taco has 13 net carbs. The tortilla has 5 net carbs in case you want to remove it, giving the dish 8 net carbs.

I have made these cookies both ways and I prefer them with almond flavoring and made into cookies.
very tasty and great for people who don't have time to eat breakfast.
These muffins are moist and nutritious. I added 2 Tbsp of ground flax seeds in place of the egg I was missing and they came out great. Next time I am hoping I will have applesauce on hand and I will sub that for half of the oil to cut the calories even more.
A delicious vegetarian hash option for breakfast. I got this from the Cook Yourself Thin cookbook...so yummy!
