This is something my friend taught me how to make. I don't ever cook with fresh ingredients, so when she came for the weekend (she is no vinegars, moulds, yeast or fungi) I had to learn.

These are easy and taste pretty good for only a few calories.
4 mashed ripe bananas
2 cups flour
1/2 cup egg beaters
splenda for baking 3/4 cup
Baking soda 1 tsp
cinnamon 1 tsp
Mix till wet, and fill muffin tins pre sprayed with pam.
bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

This Smoothie is made with Jay Robb's protein powder. Very good tasting. Great Protein Smoothie. I like chocolate, so you can use vanilla or any flavor too taste. I am a Diabetic, so this works well for a breakfast every morning. Great afternoon snack with out the fruit.
