I love Starbucks Banana Bread but needed to find a version that I could enjoy on a more regular basis. I was able to cut down on the amount of sweetener and fat by adding an extra banana. I'm using Almond butter instead of oil/shortening/regular butter for added protein and provide a healthier fat, plus it gives it a nice flavor.
Delicious traditional Puerto Rican breakfast! You can halve the recipe or even double or triple for guests its great to share!
This is not too sweet, if you really want it sweeter, double the coconut sugar. Top with some fresh berries or other fruit.
Had brunch at Brewed FW today - it was fabulous! This egg white omelet was very flavorful and filling. I did ask for less cheese, which is reflected above.
