Healthy spin on Banana bread. Adapted from the cookbook The Most Decadent Diet Ever. These do the trick for a sweet craving! Especially good with Hazlenut cream cheese or Chocolate PB!
Everyone knows the health benefits of oatmeal. Well, this recipe kicks up those benefits and adds tons of extra flavor by using flavored teas to cook the oatmeal, instead of water! I know it sounds a little bizarre, but try it once. This recipe uses my new favorite flavor, Apple Cinnamon Tea. (Bonus: It smells wonderful!!)
This dish is so good and a great way to spice up the shredded potatoes! LOVE the wonderful aroma. I adapted this version to add sauted onions and some spices. You can also make this a one-pot meal and add meat of your choice such as sausages, ham, and/or veggies. You can double the recipe and use a 9 x 13 baking dish.
This is my basic breakfast smoothie recipe.. it is super easy, sweet and frothy. It can be easy modified by changing the yogurt flavor, adding a banana, or changing the frozen fruit!
My aunt, who recently passed away, made this omelet for me when I was a child. I will never forget it. This recipe is in her honor.
If Elvis had been a vegan, this is how he would have started the day. This is a play on his favorite sandwich--a grilled peanut butter, banana and bacon sandwich. It’s creamy, sweet, peanutty, and has a touch of smokiness and salt.

Great for fall! Original recipe calls for 8 scones, but I cut them in half to make 16 - that way I get the taste of a great scone, but at a more reasonable size. I also use half all purpose flour and half whole wheat flour to add some fiber
Who doesn’t love a good stack of pancakes?
Gluten free, grain free, healthy and super yummy!
Theses are really good for a chocolate fix first thing in the morning. They are very wholesome tasting and good for you.
The cottage cheese melts through, but if not liked you could use ricotta or sour cream. Check nutrition amounts if changed.
