Tried making Dukan Mayo, didn't like it so I turned it into a musated dipping sauce or marinade.

Bake in muffin tin without papers. SPry with Cooking Spray Oil before adding to tray. I use a "Pampered Chef" cookie scooper (large) to make sure that the min quiches are all the same size.

Super yummy! Also add 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice (or a half teaspoon of whatever spice combo you like! I added a full teaspoon of my favourite pumpkin pie spice).
Just experimenting. I used the self rising flour I had in the pantry. I have added leaveners to make the recipe complete. Next time I make these, it will be with whole wheat flour and chinese 5 spice.
