Adapted from a recipe seen on 101 Cookbooks, this is a spectacular, powerful boost to your morning whether you serve it warm or chill it down for a midday "pudding". Any berries can be used, I prefer strawberries or blueberries, or a mix!
These are large, very moist apple-cinnamon muffins perfect for a busy school day. You don't even have to tell the kids that there are beans in them - and you don't have to believe that they're low fat and protein filled, either!
This is a great emergency snack. I measure out 20 cupcake portions and end up with 22 calories and 2 carbs per serving. They set up nicely. They freeze nicely. They taste great
Very simple recipe using canned soup, sour cream, chicken, broccoli and crackers
Tuna with crisp apple and celery on a bed of lettuce with fresh tomato wedges
Makes 2 servings

Excellent as a main dish with a salad or in a sandwich (bread not included in the nutritional info)
I fix multiples of the filling and bag it in serving portions and freeze them. Makes a quick fix dinner and I wash the saute pan once.
