This is a nice easy pork chop recipe I tried on the grill. A couple minutes to prepare, and a couple to cook.
Much less fat than mayo based potato salad, and more protein due to the yogurt!
my variation on food & wine's recipe...SUPER refreshing! i substituted Fage yogurt instead of sour cream, and added hot sauce to jazz it up a bit! i nixed all the garnish stuff - to keep it simple to make. SO GOOD! hope you like it!

this is a cold salad i first tasted when a friend of mine who can't cook showed up to work with it...hesitant but intrigued, i dove in. SO GOOD!

i switched the original recipe's feta for goat cheese, but either one tastes great! enjoy!

Combo of 3 different CL recipes - updated summer of 2011! Changed out the cheese - replaced mozarella with 1/4 cup habanero and 1/4 cup nacho cheese, up-ed corn to 1/2 cup and make 8 patties
Split pea soup as it's made in Newfoundland. Using Salt Beef (Navel beef) instead of ham or bacon.

ties.html) and really thought spinach would work in a tuna burger. It does! Enhanced nutrition for almost no additional carbs or calories, and it improves the visual appearance too.
