I got this recipe off of 3fatchicks.com and I do not remember who the author was. I apologize. I added the sandwich thin instead of a traditional hamburger bun, to cut even more calories and add some fiber.

My take on this recipe on this Month's Food and Wine mag. I substituted Korean sweet and spicy red chili paste for Sri racha. And added more of a few things.

Over the weekend I was in a cooking conundrum.. unexpected warm weather was making me want to grill something, but the need/want for some comfort food led me to want something like lasagna.. but wanting to make sure I got the veggy fix in for a "cheat full" weekend of fun food out... this was the compromise that totally hit the spot.
You could totally omit the chicken - however it did give the lasagna a summery taste.. maybe grill the zucchini and the leeks instead !
An asian twist on an old-fashioned favorite. If you buy the pre-shredded cabbage, this recipe is a cinch to throw together and a crowd favorite! Being that it's mayonnnaise-free, this is a great summer barbeque and hot-weather-friendly side dish!

Choose the low-sodium versions (where available) of your diced tomatoes, canned kidney beans, canned mushrooms and vegetable cocktail. The original versions of these ingredients can substantially raise the amount of sodium in this recipe.
2 cans tuna fish
4 hard boiled eggs
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup spicy bold mustard
2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp black pepper
salt to taste
lemon juice to taste
1 pkg tri-color spiral pasta
