Ingredients used to make tandoori may vary in number and proportion but it is normally made with the following spices: mild pepper, paprika, garlic, chilli pepper, thyme, cilantro, salt, cumin, black pepper, celery, caraway, rosemary, clove, bay leaves, and cinnamon.
