This is truly a side dish. An easy side dish to bring to a potluck pic-nic or BBQ.
Great option to the high sugar store bought BQ sauces. Easy and quick to make. Freezes well.

I hate mayonnaise and I find cole slaw tends to be extremely boring so I made this and we loved it.

This is a great salad to serve in the summer when strawberrys are ripe and ready!! We have also added crumbled smoke salmon to make this a complete summer meal.
