This is incredibly easy, quick, and tasty! I use just the Smoked Turkey Sausage but it is a Jambalaya so you can put some seafood in it too. So add shrimp or something if you like!
I also try to always use the lower sodium chicken broth, and you can use jasmine rice, or brown rice...just make sure its not too crunchy when your finished. And never use the quick cooking rice!
I also use less creole seasoning if some people don't like it as spicy :)
