It is a very hearty stew, so use a small bowl. I did not make low cal tweaks to this recipe, just portion control. Use leaner meats and drain drippings for lower fat/calories.
I add potatoes into the stew so it is a one pot meal. Skip adding the potatoes and serve over noodles, if you prefer.
