For a quick and easy dinner throw some fresh veggies in a heated pan. Saute to desired crispness add the can chicken toss well and add honey with your soy sauce. After after second toss turn off burner and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Substitute light margarine for the shortening to reduce fat/calories
No Frosting needed. Fat-Free Cool Whip (not included in calorie count) could be added atop of piece when served in place of frosting. Very Tasty!!!
