I love chocolate cake. And when I needed a chocolate fix quick and couldn't find a cake mix, well I found this recipe (at the back of hershey's cocoa) Delicious and moist and chocolatey! The recipe calls for 2 cups of sugar, I used 1 1/4 and thought it was just the right amount of sweetness. Next time I'm subbing applesauce for oil.
The recipe is from Bonnie Ball of the "Ball" family in Palisade, CO. Her family owns peach orchards there; they are some of the best!

Bake chicken in Pampered Chef Deep dish baker. Remove chicken and add 1 more cup broth to the existing broth in the pan. Add wine, chopped onions and tomatos, and sliced garlic. Bake in microwave in covered stone baker for 18 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes. Add chicken and fresh chopped basil and parmesan cheese to the top and serve.

I tried the DrPepper cake from the recipes on spark .. so I decided to see if it worked with a brownie mix.. and it did.. instead of 180 cal.. its only 120
I just stumbled upon 2 recipes and combined them both to get a low cal low sugar healthy treat..
A client of mine gave me this recipe .. and I decided to give it a try.. Im so not the baker and she swore that it was easy as pie.. The longest part is waiting for it to chill in the fridge for 2 hours..

definitely not healthy, but soo delicious. I'm working on tweaking it to make it a little healthier! using a different brownie mix and such will probably help.

This is an easy, basic sugar cookie recipe. I lightened it up by using Splenda instead of real sugar. I haven't tried it with low-fat margarine spread instead of butter, but I plan to.
You can make any combination of cake! Just use any cake mix and any diet soda! The cake is super-moist and YUMMY! (My friend who is a Weight Watchers leader says you can have one piece for one point)

A lighter take on pumpkin pie. Make it without crust and substitute unsweetened applesauce for sugar.
