This is supposed to have a mixture of whipped topping and lite chocolate syrup, but I didn't like it so I make it without it. I also doubled the cake and yogurt to make a slightly bigger "cake". I beef up the fiber by adding 1 T of flax too, but I don't always do that so I didn't add that to the nutritional information.
This pie is so good, the hard part of having a slice will be in having JUST one slice. If you cut this pie into 8 slices, you will have about 300 calories less than "fattening" peanut butter pie. I am planning on experimenting with reduced fat peanut butter and butter substitutes to see if I get the same flavor with even less fat.
This is a delicious cake when made with regular flour and regular brown sugar, but I needed something sugar free and made with wheat flour so I tried it.
This is by NO means a low-cal beverage, but it is SO yummy for the once or twice a year "feel good" treat.

The flavor will be dictated by your protein powder, I used chocolate. You could also use vanilla and add cocoa powder if desired, or any protein powder of choice.
