I found this recipe online and made a few modifications to reduce the fat a little. It comes out very good, even with the modifications.
I got the idea for this recipe from Elana Amsterdam's book, The Gluten-Free Almond Flour Cookbook. I replaced the agave with xylitol to reduce the carb and sugar load, and reduced overall sweetness a bit. My 12yo son still says this is the best chocolate chip recipe I make, and it contains a lot more protein and fiber than "regular" chocolate chip cookies.

These contain date sugar instead of regular sugar. Date sugar isn't in the database, so I estimated with a similar amount of dates. They're delicious, but not as sweet as your average cookie, so add a few tablespoons of maple syrup if you prefer sweeter!
