A beautiful crackle topped chocolate cookie with a spicy cayenne kick and a sugary cinnamon coating.
This is an old recipe that my mother used to make. It's really easy to make and very low-fat. You can use different flavors of pudding and graham crackers to change it up a bit! The graham crackers may get a bit soggy if you leave it in the fridge for a few days but I think that makes it taste even better!
It sounds weird, but tastes great. A combination of
sweet and sour with a little bit of a bite make this dessert come alive.

Not necessarily "healthy," but a better alternative than the traditional mug brownie. This recipe cuts the calories in half. You can omit the chocolate chips to cut another 70+ calories.
You obviously wouldn't want to incorporate this into your everyday diet, but it's quick, cheap, and easy when you're craving chocolate!
Strawberries, fresh, 6 cup, halves (remove)
Granulated Sugar, .25 cup (remove)
*Lemon Juice, .25 cup (remove)
stew in a sauce pot till thick (about 2 hours)
Use 1/2 tablespoon whipped cream cheese frosting for an added sweetness and only 25 calories.
