My mom made this for us the other day but used the original recipe, full fat cheese, sour cream instead of yogurt, and regular cream of chicken soup instead of 98% fat free. I was able to shave about 200 calories off per serving with the healthy changes...So tell me how it is everybody!!

The Stuff is something I used to make for my kids before I went on my lifestyle change .
They have been bugging me to make it so I came up with this lower fat version . The old version has pork italian sausage and used 2 STICKS of butter . This one is light and doesn't make you feel weighed down !! ENJOY

I love the taste of the fresh herbs in this. I have several pots growing on my kitchen windowsill that I use for everything. This adds quite a bit to the flavour.
If you want really fresh from scratch flavour, you can use fresh tomatoes as well, but remember to add about 20 mins to the cooking time of the sauce.

This is a variation of a recipe I found on a recipe website. We love mushrooms and eat lower sodium, so the modification halves the sodium without sacrificing taste and adds more vegetables
Got this recipe from weight watchers years ago, but modified it over time and added broccoli. POINTS PLUS VALUE = 7pts (1 cup)
