This is not the same as the Starbucks Frappucino, but it is delicious in its own right. I like heavy cream with vanilla in my coffee, and usually about half-creamer/ half-coffee. That's why I added as much yogurt as coffee. Add less if you want a slightly less creamy version.

A cleansing juice full of calcium, potassium, antioxidants and diuretic properties. This drink is neither sweet nor savory, more plain. You could use a pear for more sweetness. This drink provides you with over 120% of your Vitamin A, 200% Vitamin C, 1/2 of your Folate and 1/3 of your Iron for the day.
This is a wonderful drink for parties since it's pretty with the fresh fruit, and the taste is all its own.
Was watching fittv and the lady was mixing juice with tea...but since i'm the only one that likes to drink it like this i had to downsize the proportions to fit my thermos for the mornings. it's tasty hot and cold.

This smoothie is for those of us who just can't seem to get enough protein in our diet any other way. I you're not used to protein powder, just use one scoop until you feel you can handle 2. This is very filling if used as one serving.
Less calories that using milk and grape juice adds a refreshing flavor. I used unsweetened grape juice.
The sweetness in this smoothie recipe comes from the frozen or fresh berries - there is no sugar or sugar substitute.
