My attempt to create a version of garlic broccoli that I get at Thai restaurants
Just as it says. Modified from a recipe.
A Bahamian breakfast meal traditionally served with grits, bread or Johnny cake. (calorie count does not include the side dish)
A lower carb muffin with apple cinnamon and peanut flavors. No sugar except for in the apples. Gluten free.
I first made these muffins when on Weight Watchers. I changed the recipe and added the bananas which make them moist and sweet. They keep well in the Frig. A yummy treat for a change in breakfast food.
Use frozen Mangos and only the freshest eggs. I buy mine from a trusted friend who has free range chickens. She collects eggs daily and I receive them less than one week old.
1 Lb cube steak--beef round is good
2 medium eggs
1 cup Oat brann
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
2 Tbsp. grated fresh Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. Olive oil
this is a great desert for gluten free diets and stage 2 candida diet
you can use what ever fruit you desier, and for those who can have a tad bit of sweetness, you can top it with a little cool whip.
this is my best vegie dish yet... it is so versital... you can use any combination of veggies that you like...
