This is my version of the Big Mac. It will absolutely scratch that itch for the classic sandwich, but in a MUCH healthier way.
no seseme seeds or almonds. Should make 16 cups to = 32 servings
SP didn't have all of the right ingredients....
soy flour is supposed to be garbanzo-fava bean flour
salt is supposed to be kosher salt
agave nectar is supposed to be 1.33cups agave nectar

Got the idea from a fellow blogger and then tweaked it to fit what I had/wanted :) Amazingly easy, fluffy and filling!
Tasty and filling as a main meal. For extra zip and heat, garnish with your favorite hot sauce and fresh chopped cilantro.
** NOTE: you can significantly reduce the calorie and fat content by substituting 1 cup of Beef stock and 2 Tbsp plain yogurt for the coconut milk. This will make it 435 cal per serving and 15g fat per serving ***
Great liquid meal supplement for breakfast, after the gym or as a filling low calorie snack.
The Smoothie drink mix can be substituted with 1 small banana and 1/2 cup orange juice and a serving of low cal sweetener for the same calorie count and equally delicious taste.

Low calorie fairy cake which is ligh & Fluffy and miost! (that's quite a big deal to gluten free ppl ;)
As it's beef it's a little heavy on the callories, but my other half and firend don't really do pork so i figured to give in this once. Gluten-free as they ar ehome made and have no flour in them.
