After I tried this recipe, my son has asked for it several times. We like it any meal of the day! Has a mild bite to it, nothing overwhelming. Want it spicier - add more masala/curry - or just some extra red pepper! My son likes some cheese sprinkled on top - feta or cheddar. Not included in nutritional info.

This beef curry uses Canadian grown Chick Peas, green peas, tomatoes and beef. Its cheap, easy to make, and full of fiber and protein with very little fat! It can be eaten on its own as a hearty soup or over rice for an authentic taste.

I got this recipe out of a Williams Sonoma cookbook. You can make this as spicy as you want it or as mild as you want it. With 2 jalapenos, it has a nice kick. One jalapeno, it has a milder spice. I prefer spicier :-) This dish is delcious served over steamed basmati rice (brown or white).
This is an easy marinade that can be tossed together either the night before or in the morning. Since it cooks in it's own marinade, only one dish is dirtied by cooking, and goes straight from fridge to oven after work.
My favorite chicken tikka masala recipe, lightened. Originally this recipe called for heavy cream, but I've subbed in nonfat evaporated milk to lower the calories by 40%!
This is a fast and easy curry. I dont like hot foods so there are no chili flakes, but you could add them to desired heat.
