NOt Traditional Haleem. This is my version to make it healthier.
Serve with chat masala, lime wedges, & cilantra.

I created this for my fiance who likes sweet / spicy things. it's also excellent in Curry Chicken salad. Just toss the whole recipe with 12-16 oz of grilled chicken, 1/2 cup of celery and 1 cup of grapes sliced. Makes enough for 4-6 sandwiches or salads.
These are fabulous meatballs wrapped in cabbage, then smothered in a tomato sauce. Delicious!

A hearty filling and highly nutritious vegan recipe. Pairs well with basmati rice. Tastes wonderful hot right out of the pot, but even better in the days after as the flavours settle.
For softer faster cooking lentils, soak them overnight in 2 cups of water.
A wonderful grilled curry chicken recipe.
Recipe has serving as 4oz of chicken per person, of you want to have 3oz it will serve more.
This is a nice change to the everyday burger. The recipe calls for watercress to top burger but I find a nice piece of crunchy iceberg cuts the spice of this burger. Enjoy!
adabpted from a fitness magazine fine. Changed out reg rice for black rice, and less of it. Upped the heat, and only used 2 breasts. would marinate longer next time. Need to take better care with how the cook the rice.
