This is one of the tastiest cauliflower fry which is easy and inspired from the Kerala cuisine.
A tasty, healthy and filling vegan dish. Fat can be reduced by using cooking spray instead of oil. Salt can be omitted if you prefer, but taste is a little less intense that way. This is spicy, but not hot.
NB All measures are Australian - 1 cup = 250 ML, 1 teaspoon = 5mL, 1 tablespoon - 20 mL.

Great with rice, naan bread/pita, If you are watching sodium, salt could probably be elimiated.

Other vegetables that cook up quickly can be used in addition to the turnip or other greens - just make sure you re-calculate the recipe numbers. Also bear in mind that the more veggies you add, the more servings you will get out of the recipe so make your own adjustments accordingly.
Serve with Brown Rice and a Salad (not figured in recipe).
