Got this off Recipezaar.com and modified it for MY needs
I have changed this recipe to 2 lbs 93% lean ground turkey, which has DRASTICALLY changed the calorie count! This is almost guilt free for 2 oz! ;)

This is a super-delicious lower carb lasagna, made with zucchini that is first oven roasted with parmesan & seasonings to give it more texture and flavor, then loaded up with a flavorful meat sauce, some healthy greens, and a variety of cheeses. YUM!

This Bolognese tastes very much like the traditional version. It has a lovely 'meaty' texture, just without the meat. Filling and very healthy.

Easy to make. Great flavor with out lots of fuss. Hearty and Heart warming.
This recipe is adapted from Ina Garten. We enjoy this especially now that the weather is so hot in Vegas. It is great served with a simple salad.
