This is the recipe given in the Carrabba's cook book. I'm not sure how close it is to what they serve in the restaurant, but it looks delicious.

Very similar to cabbage rolls, only you don't have to roll anything and it tastes more like lasagna than cabbage rolls.....this is my fav way to enjoy lasagna!
The calorie calculations are based on this making 10 servings which is perfect for weight loss.
Inexpensive ingredients combine to make a delicious-- and filling-- dinner for 4. This is also kid-friendly-- the potatoes make a base for the tomatoes and mozzarella that are very comfort-foody, while being healthy. This is lighter if you use whole wheat pastry flour in the recipe instead of regular whole wheat flour. We also leave the peels on the potatoes (it's faster that way, and more nutritious), but if you prefer the texture, you can always peel the potatoes first.
This dish is similar to canneloni, but simpler to make (in my opinion), and more flavour!

Creamy vegan Alfredo pasta sauce using this almond and cashew based cream substitute. Adapted from the MimicCreme website, original recipe credited to Tracy Thompson. I had to add cornstarch for thickening and nutritional yeast for protein, and a smidge of paprika (I used smoked) and magnifico!
