This is a wonderful Smoothie.
If you use canned fruit, it is better to freeze it first.
Just put it all in the blender and Blam! you have it. If you want a thinner smoothie, add a cup of orange juice to the mix.
This was very good! I am allergic to milk, so I modified it for me. If you'd rather use real milk and cheese, go for it, just make sure they're low fat!

This is a variation on www.breadandwithit.com Vegan Strawberry Ice Cream. It substitutes cashew milk for some of the coconut milk.
I don't usually enjoy regular oatmeal without adding a ton of sugar so it tastes like the instant packets. This one was really yummy.
