I just got myself a bento box because I always thought it looked like a healthy way to eat. This is a traditional egg dish which has many layers. Fairly easy to make, little sweet, little salty. Can be eaten cold.

Put skinless boneless chicken thighs in pan. Put cream cheese on top. Put bacon on top Bake in oven at 350 for 40 minutes. Check meat with thermometer. Shred chicken Break bacon into pieces Mix in ranch and cheese Serve
Spicy and delicious, great topped with cheese shreds, tortilla strips and chopped avacado
Great served on buns or in low carb wraps with cheese of choice and peppers, to taste. Serve with salad, corn on cob, ranch style or pinto beans.
This may not be the healthiest, but it does taste good. It has 5g net carbs per 2 tbs, and 6.4 g of protein.
