This can be eaten uncooked as a chocolate pudding if you are not afraid of eating raw eggs. Cooking in the microwave for one minute results in a molten chocolate cake ie. part cake, part chocolate sauce.
Serve either frozen or just chilled. Great low carb/high protein treat. Nit for everyday but great occasional treat.
