Sometimes when I want to maximize my protein in comparison to fat, I will use extra lean ground beef and turkey in my meatloaf. In the last recipe I neglected to show the seasonings. One serving of this meatloaf (4 oz) has about 28 grams of protein and only about 4 grams of fat.
