Double it for phase two. Will make 12 Muffins Recipe Whip egg white for 5 minutes on high. Keep aside. In seperate bowl add oil, egg yolks, water, vanilla paste, protein powder, and Cinnamon powder. Mix well until creamy and no lumps. Now add flour, baking powder ,baking soda and Guar gum, mix it well. Make thick batter like cake batter. Now fold egg whites and 3 tsp of chocolate chip. Greased muffin tray with oil and dust with carbquick. Pour one scoop in each muffin circle. Sprinkle with few chocolate chip. BAKE at 160C for 20 to 25 minutes in pre heated oven.m
