This is just a trial I will update after I try it. FYI...I have little pans...Make twice as much for 9 inch pan. I use small round pyrex to make individual cakes. It only took about 30 minutes to cook it that way.
I tried it now!
FABULOUS!!!
Sinfully good, best enjoyed in moderation. Uses cocoa powder for purest chocolate taste, on a chocolate shortbread crust, which is vastly healthier than crushed Oreo cookies.
One of my mother's family dishes. Makes a great single dish meal. It's a little spicy and different, but overall pretty healthy even though it has a stick-to-your-ribs feeling. 8 generous servings (about 2.5 cups).

I saw this on Food Networks "Good Deals". It's warm, light, fragrant and full of fiber. Enjoy!
Sesame chicken is a very popular restaurant dish. ((Guide notes: You may want to increase the vinegar or lower the amount of sugar. It all depends on how sweet you want the sauce).
This is a very simple hearty soup. And it actually tastes better the next day!
This is a very good banana bread that you can add nuts or dried fruit of your choice to but they will move the calorie per serving up quick.
Hearty soup for spicy taste buds that is great for cold winter days, or any time of year. Good source of low-fat protein.
I had a ham bone in the freezer that needed to be utilized, so I came up with this soup from the ingredients I had on hand.
Made with Heart Smart Bisquick , All Whites, and Fat Free Milk.
Amazingly simple and packed with flavor! This is also versitile. It can be used as a dip, a burrito filler, etc.
A "peppy" twist to a garlic knot. Serve with a salad for a meal or as an appetizer at your next party. Use part-skim mozzarella to lighten up the rolls even more. Enjoy!
