My very 1st attempt at making homemade vegetable beef soup. It's a mix of recipes I found on here along with a little cayenne pepper.
I'm totally in love with this recipe. Use fat-free mayo, unsweetened coconut and (American) neufchatel cheese to cut the calories. I think it's technically a salad, but it tastes like dessert. Time to make is over-estimated.
Cook ground turkey, chopped onion and celery.
Drain fat.
Add 4 cloves of minced garlic.
Add the rest of ingredients and simmer until carrots are tender.
Yummy homemade pizza bites. Change up the ingredients for the middle but remember to alter the calorie count.
