I came up with this recipe a few years ago as a quick treat for my parents. Multigrain pasta and reduced fat feta make it healthier than traditional pasta and whole fat feta. Oven roasting the shrimp gives it a great flavor, or alternatively, use already cooked shrimp if you want to save time.
Change up the flavor with fresh mushroom, jalapeno or roasted red peppers.
