This is my husband's fave. You could easily knock down the calories by replacing the half and half with non-fat milk and eliminating the bacon drippings.
Adding vegetables gives this tuna salad a nice crunch. You can also add peeled and grated broccoli stalks, chopped broccoli florets, etc. Modify to your taste.
