Fish Recipes (Most Popular)
If you don't like fishy fish but feel you need to eat more. This is the dish for you!!!
I adapted this from a recipe I had written down on a scrap of paper in my kitchen drawer. The original had over 300 calories per slice.
Do not use low fat or fat free yogurt; the quiche won't set properly. I use Dannon Natural plain yogurt. If you still have problems setting, you can use the same amount of mayo, but again, don't use light mayo.
This is a fast and very simple recipe that I found on Epicurious.com and revised just a little. It originally called for a lot of butter to cook the fish in and to make a sauce with. The fish was tasty enough without any sauce at all but I ate a salad with it and used just a bit of my homemade dressing (olive oil, garlic, honey, lemon juice, cilantro and a dash of cumin) on the fish as well and it was very tasty.
Taken from allrecipes.com or tasteofhome.com, can't remember which, with a few minor adjustments. ;) The calories come primarily from the pasta, so in the future I may add additional vegetables in place of some of the pasta.
