I add whatever veggies I have in the fridge to those wonderful single packs of tuna. The more veggies you add, the more you have for sharing,and of course dividing the calories in half. I serve this on a sandwich thin, with sliced tomato and a sliced hard-boiled egg.
This is great for any meal. I really like it as a post-workout dinner because of the super high protein. It clocks in at just over 200 calories and you will feel like you just ate thanksgiving dinner
Ingredients:
*Tuna, Yellow Fin, raw, 750 gram (remove)
Ginger Root, 0.25 cup slices (1" dia) (remove)
*Coconut Milk, 2 cup (remove)
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
Salt, 3 tsp (remove)
Most tuna/ tuna salad leaves an unpleasant aftertaste. These are great!
