Another recipe I collected. I loved the full fat version of this I had with a friend. I was glad to find a heart healthy version. Still very good. You can substitute whole wheat or a plus type variety of pasta. I prefer the sausage sliced into rounsd or diagonal cut. It looks more appealing.
Super low in calories, delicious alone or on your favorite high fiber bread. Super high in protein! You can't beat it :)
